Hello gorgeous people!  My name is Stephanie and I lead this fabulous team!  I am a full time mother of three beautiful children and a proud Navy Wife. Treats are a must in my life and I am slightly obsessed with shoes! Faith, family and friends are what make me who I am.

What began as a passion for braiding hair in high school has turned into a successful wedding hairstylist business. Grown from my kitchen table to our new custom designed studio! 

I took that passion for braiding after high school to Jean Madeline Aveda Institute in PA where I studied and soon became an assistant at Philadelphia’s top salon. There I learned from Redken specialists, and soon after in 2008 I was promoted to Stylist.

In 2013 I decided to open Flawless On Site and serve weddings, and special events. The goal was to provide an experience that made each client look and feel flawless by the time they’re finished. Since that day I’ve grown my team to include some of the area’s most talented hairstylists. 

Taking the leap of faith to start a business was intimidating , however it was the best decision I have ever made. Entrepreneurship continues to be a learning experience and can be challenging at times, but remembering why I started motivates me to succeed!  I love making people look and feel beautiful, and I am truly blessed to have received so much love and support from my family, friends & clients!

This spicy redhead has the biggest heart! Madison will be the first to hype you up and have your back. This chick is a ride or die and will go down swinging to make sure her brides are happy! She’s incredibly talented and efficient when it comes to her styles.

Strong, sweet and sassy! Megan is the first to cheer you on and help you out! She loves her little family more than anything and leads by example. But don’t let that sweetness fool you, she’s got a little spice behind that smile :)
