the FLAWLESS process
We make the booking process as easy and stress-free for you as possible. We have done this thousands of times, we got you!
step one
inquire + save the date
Our process begins with a contact form to discuss your wedding day details including how many fabulous ladies need hair and/or makeup!
From there, we work with you to choose the right hair stylist for you and create a customized “getting ready” plan and timeline. We require signed contracts from both clients and stylists, so this will guarantee you have a FLAWLESS hair stylist for your day and no last minute cancellations!
We understand that coordination can be a daunting task in wedding planning. Therefore, we will help you with the wedding morning plan to ensure there is enough time scheduled for your hair services, and have you arrive on time for your ceremony.

Prep + plan
We offer Hair Preview sessions for our brides in our luxury studio.
This session provides an opportunity for you to see and experience your wedding day hairstyle before the big day. This way, you can collaborate with our stylists to make any adjustments and fine-tune your look until you are completely satisfied.
Our process begins with a questionnaire to discuss your vision and style preferences. From there, we work with you to create a customized hair styling plan that will not only complement your dress and overall look but will also fit within your wedding day timeline.

We are here to make you feel confident and “perfectly you” on the best day of your life! Each of our Bridal Stylists only book one Bride a day so there is no rushing to get to another appointment.
